Shipping

We offer national and international shipping. The cost for national shipping is $160 pesos, and international shipping is $1,200.

In-stock items are shipped the next business day after order confirmation. Custom or out-of-stock items will be made within 3 to 4 weeks after order confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email after making your payment. If your item is ready sooner than this timeframe, we will gladly notify you.

The order should be received within the time mentioned above. If you do not receive your item within the estimated timeframe, please write to hola@alejandramakar.com

• Once the package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent for you to follow up. We will not be responsible for issues caused by the shipping company; these must be addressed directly with the company.
