Exchanges and returns

Since the pieces are custom-made for each client, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, in case of a manufacturing defect, the warranty will be honored and the item can be repaired at no extra cost.

Deposits made for custom pieces are non-refundable; however, if you change the design, the deposit will be credited towards any other Alejandra Makar piece. For immediate delivery pieces, an additional 10% will be applied.
